This floor also gives access to the large roof terrace of the property.
In the ground floor and next to the front door, there is a second door which leads to a useful store room.
The property is connected to mains water, electricity and sewage and there is Internet coverage in the village.
In all this is a large property, full of potencial, located in a quiet coastal village where one can enjoy the tranquillity of the area.
