One enters this property from the street via double-wrought iron gates which lead to a walled, entrance patio area, which in turn gives access to two doorways, one to the house & one to a storeroom.
On entering the house one finds a spacious reception area which to the left has a small doorway which leads to the adjacent storeroom. To the right of the reception area there is a doorway which leads to a kitchen with a open fireplace & a walk-in pantry.
The reception area also gives access to a staircase which leads to the first floor of the property.

To the left of the entrance gates is the garden of the property which is planted with several trees & plants. The side of this garden that joins the road is fenced & has a gated access. With a bit of work, this could be a wonderful garden where one could even grown ones own vegetables if wished.
The property is connected to mains water, electricity & sewage & there is Internet coverage in the village. There is plenty of parking near the property & easy to access by car.
