Descripción

This lovely coastal property is located at the entrance of the village of Los Yesos which is a small, quiet village in between the bigger towns of Motril (30km) & Adra (23km) & on the Costa Tropical. It has approx 85 inhabitants who are mainly Spanish & extremely friendly. Los Yesos is situated within the province of Granada & although a small village, there is plenty of life in the area. There is the "Association Los Yesos“  who take care of the promenade and the beach & organise several local Fiestas.

The village itself doesn't have any shops, but only a half a mile away is the village of La Mamola which has shops, a bank & restaurants. In Los Yesos itself, being a fishing village, one can buy fresh fish from the local fishermen on a daily basis.

The property itself has 2 entrances. On entering the house from the beach side, one walks into a terrific entrance hall with marble floor and reading armchairs. On the right-hand side of this room there is a large shower room which consists of a walk in shower unit, sink with vanity unit, bidet & WC.

At the rear of this entrance hall there is an archway which leads to the spacious kitchen with a dining area.  This area has a air conditioning cool/heat unit & a pelete burner for heating which heats up the storage unit of the solar plant. This splendid kitchen has marble work surfaces with noble white cupboards & lots of storage.

At the rear of the kitchen/dining area there are 2 steps which leads to a hallway which in turn gives access to four rooms:

On the right-hand side there is the first bedroom with air conditioning cool/heat and on the left-hand side there is another smaller room which is currently being used as a workshop/office, but could easily be a fourth bedroom.

Further along with hallway, on the right-hand side, there is access to a second bedroom & on the left-hand side a third bedroom. These 2 rooms have ceiling ventilators which are switchable for winter/summer and in addition have radiators for heating.

At the end of this hallway is the second entrance to the property, where they is an alley with parking space for at least two vehicles.

To the left-hand side of the kitchen/dining area there is a tiled staircase which leads to the upper floor of the property. On ascending the stairs, one finds a light & airy summer lounge with an air conditioning cool/heat system. This room also has large french, glassed doors that leads to the wonderful roof terrace.

This terrace has a covered dining area, which is an ideal place for Alfresco dining. Beside this terrace is an outdoor cooking area which consists of a Gas Grill, a 2 hot plate-ceramic cooking stove, a refrigerator & a sink.

There is also a shower room in this area with a WC.

This terrace has amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea & is a beautiful place to sit & enjoy the tranquillity of the area, where one can enjoy listening to the braking of the waves within heavenly calm.

To the rear of this terrace there are a few steps which lead to swimming pool, roof terrace & in turn a second terrace. The swimming pool terrace is an ideal place to entertain guests & have splendid pool parties or sunbath.  The stunning pool of 6m by 2.6m & 1.5m in depth has a front glass wall, making it very stylish. This pool has a strong counter flow installation and a pool control technique with internet access which allows remote monitoring of the water quality, temperature and solar plant. There is a mobile pool robot and magic occurs with an atmospheric pool lightening and burbling fountain.

A new solar energy plant with 4 collectors provides the house with warm water. In addition it may emit excess warmth to the pool or to the radiators in the two rear bedrooms.

Telephone access is with an ADSL-Router for Internet and if required "TV over Internet“ is installed & WLAN works perfectly in the whole house.

The house is to be sold furnished, inclusive kitchen crockery, Nespresso-coffee maker and electric kettle. Also included is the stereo in the upper summer lounge & workshop equipment. All illuminations are LED based.

In all this is a very unique & stylish property with everything you need to live a comfortable & peaceful life, right next to the Sea.
